Terms of Service

Last updated: May 31, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LinkEase ("LinkEase", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or paying through a LinkEase link, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using LinkEase as a creator or buyer, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What LinkEase does

LinkEase provides payment links, checkout pages, digital delivery tools, booking flows, request flows, and related software for sellers and buyers. Sellers use LinkEase to sell their own products, services, bookings, tips, requests, and courses. Unless LinkEase specifically states otherwise, the seller/creator is the seller of record for their own offer and is responsible for their products, services, refunds, taxes, customer support, and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, delivery, fulfillment, refunds, taxes, support, and buyer communications of any product, service, booking, request, tip, or course they sell. You must comply with all applicable laws, including tax, consumer protection, and intellectual property law.

Sellers must not imply that LinkEase created, endorsed, owns, guarantees, or is responsible for their offer.

4. Buyer responsibilities

Buyers agree to provide accurate payment information and to use purchased products and services only for lawful purposes.

5. Payments and third-party processors

Payments are handled by Stripe and other processors. By using LinkEase you also agree to the applicable processor's terms. LinkEase does not store full payment card details.

6. Fees

LinkEase and its payment processors may charge fees on transactions. Fees may change and will be disclosed where applicable.

7. Digital products, services, bookings, requests, tips, and courses

Each Money Link type has its own delivery model. Creators are responsible for fulfilling what they advertise. Buyers should review the offer before purchase.

8. Prohibited activity

You may not use LinkEase for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Account suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove accounts, links, or content that violate these Terms, applicable law, or processor rules, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimers

LinkEase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or that any creator will deliver as promised.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkEase is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue arising from your use of the service.

12. Premium link names

Premium LinkEase link names (for example premium .to names) are governed by the separate Premium Link Terms, which cover licensing, annual renewal, refunds and disputes, manual review, Core Reserved names, Strategic Elite partnerships, and Elite manual review.

13. Third-party apps, embeds, and external destinations

Some Money Links may display, embed, open, redirect to, or otherwise connect visitors to third-party websites, apps, stores, forms, booking pages, files, videos, tools, or platforms that are not owned or operated by LinkEase.

LinkEase does not host, operate, control, secure, monitor, endorse, or guarantee third-party destinations. Third-party destinations are controlled by their owners and providers and may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, fees, account requirements, availability, access rules, and platform policies.

Sellers are solely responsible for configuring and maintaining any external app, website, store, file, form, booking page, or platform they connect to LinkEase. This includes access controls, login requirements, privacy settings, permissions, data security, buyer access, refunds or delivery obligations, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

LinkEase does not make a public external URL private. If a seller connects a public external app or page to LinkEase, visitors or buyers may be able to share or access that external URL outside LinkEase. Sellers who sell or provide private access to external apps or content are responsible for protecting that access inside the external platform, including by using login, private deployment, invite-only access, roles, permissions, password protection, access codes, or similar controls where appropriate.

LinkEase is not responsible for third-party outages, broken embeds, iframe restrictions, removed content, platform policy changes, seller misconfiguration, unauthorized sharing of external URLs, external app security, external payment flows, or any loss, damage, dispute, or claim arising from a third-party destination.

When visitors or buyers open a third-party destination from a Money Link, they do so at their own discretion and may be subject to that third party's terms and privacy practices.

LinkEase is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party platform unless we expressly state otherwise. Third-party names, logos, trademarks, products, services, and platform names belong to their respective owners. LinkEase may refer to third-party platforms only to identify supported destinations, compatibility, provider detection, or where a user's Money Link opens.

Links to third-party help pages are provided for convenience only. LinkEase does not control those pages and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, platform policies, or changes.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LinkEase after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
